I was trying to catch Rich with my post about a piece of code that could remove 
the requirement for online registration and having someone other than MS hold 
that piece of code.

It was an attempt to get him to realize that MS would never trust anyone with a 
piece of code that could basically shut them down if it were to be released.

It is that same fear that will keep companies from allowing deathcount software 
to be used for business critical applications.
