CompUSA was still selling Win95 upgrades years after Win98 came out, and will still be selling Win98 upgrades long after ME's release since ME seems a crapshoot as an upgrade (depending on your hardware). I've had OK results from ME on the one machine I do video capture with, but have heard horror stories from other people.
