If I remember.. theres some software out on the net somewhere that I used a couple of years ago, that let you create free splash screens, specifically for launching stuff like that... very customizable too.. open up explorer windows, readme's, launch setup.exe's etc... of course now most people have a browser, it's just as easy to do this in a webpage.
