I have a non-MSDN W2K, so I'm running Regedit right now to see if ProductKey 
comes up.

Nope. Trying "Product" (nothing else) finds a number of instances, but the 
closest to anything meaningful is "DigitalProductID" in 
HKLM/Software/Microsoft...
