Subj : Re: Browser forced an election on network? To : Geo. From : Rohan Beckett Date : Wed Mar 28 2001 02:47 pm From: Rohan Beckett this is a classroom PC.. most of the time, it stays on all day long. sometimes it gets rebooted.. but the kids know how to log off, then log back on again.. network is cat5.. 10meg hub.. not the fastest.. but fairly stable. the machine got ghosted at the start of the year, along with 80 other desktops.. it's the only one that has caused election issues on the network. the classroom hasn't experienced any network problems.. drop offs, etc...
