I was dealing with BT Cellnet (I wanted to cancel 2 mobiles & they cancelled the lot) & where BT are unbelievably poor & disorganized Cellnet are off the scale. Went to about 5 different phone numbers "Could you call 01919191919xxx as they should be able to help you as you are one the special bonus sooper dooper plan...." I eventually got this sped up by pointing out that dealing with them had cost me @ least 4 hours (inc waiting on the phone time) & that if it wasn't sorted now I would send them a bill.
