  Frankly, yes ... because it would be fun to watch !-)

   But that's overstating it a bit.  To follow the analogy, assume Joe
was your customer and he runs an insecure box.  If I complain because Joe's box 
scanned me, I'm not complaining that he scanned, it's that his box has become a 
forever available anonymizer that hackers can chain through to perform 
mischief,  that is until Joe finally rebuilds and / or buttons up the box.
