As I continue to weed out old apps that I don't use anymore, I continually shrink my OLD C and D drives (still have Win98 SE there JUST IN CASE), and I run PM 6.0 from the NT2K_G partition on my laptop, and do the C and D shrinks while still running Win2K. Then, when those opeartions are completed, I either EXPAND E down into the new free space (I shrink C and D, and Move D down into the free space from C), or "Slide" it down, and then expand G into the resulting Free space. 6.0 has an NT Commandline mode, that runs on a reboot. In PM, if you attempt to resize/modify/move the System partition, OR the partition that PM is running it, PM requires a shutdown, and does the work from the command line batch file. I have used PM since the 1.0 OS/2 version. I've still got the media or 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, upgrade to 5.01, and now 6.0.
