Running NT4 SP5 on this particular machine and had just updated from SP3 to SP5 
(going higher shortly). I see this as an event in my event log.

browser was stopped.

What the heck does that mean?

And why on boot-up did my machine try to dial out my modem? I don't have 
auto-dial enabled.
