Error message, however a service can be set to autostart so it's not as much of an issue as was stated, it will only be a problem as long as an attack is in progress. I'd guess we'll see a patch in the next couple days, normally one would be released with the exploit but this one was found by GG and he likes to stick it to all IIS users whenever possible.
