Question, in Outlook when I get a signed message, there is a big lag between 
the time I click on it and the time I see it in the preview window. Any idea

I'm not concerned about this particular one both because if communication did 
occur it wouldn't mean much and more importantly, the feature isn't enabled 
unless you turn it on.  Deleting these is like deleting favorites from your 
browser because you might someday access them.
