directory services (LDAP) accounts configured in Outlook Express?  It = sounds 
like you mean the latter which BTW are contacted only if you go = and check the 
option to use them for name resolution and then only if = the name needs 
resolution and isn't resolved locally.

       That said, if you delete all the certificates how do you connect =
to servers with https without getting warned that the certificates = aren't 
verifiable?
