Well, please tell me why the restore from both Sony's CABs and its Win98OE disk 
did not work, for instance.  Then tell me why the Sony support told him he 
didn't have a copy of the right file to extract anywhere, and to wait for a 
replacement factory-loaded HD.

Since you're dribbling out information, what ARE the custom built EXEs and DLLs 
in 98, or is this totally and definitely a rumor?
