As Disk Admin will not acknowledge the drive as any bigger than 8Gb, there is no way to create the other two partitions within NT. If I create them in W98 and reboot into NT, then NT can't see the first 8Gb either. In any case, as this drive space needs to be accessible to both NT and 98, I am limited to FAT partitions, which in turn limits me to 2Gb per chunk. > Apart from that then I'd get another 20Gb HDD and try that. > I've done that too! Managed to talk the wholesaler into exchanging the drive "just in case", but it made no difference.
