  The easiest way to start is Macro / record and record some simple
things like copying cells 1 at a time from the IP column to the name column.   
Then edit the resulting script, insert calls to the
scripting host, and parse the result.

   ... Not difficult, but you'll need to think like a VB programmer to
pull it all together though.
