I haven't done this in a while, so my memory may be faulty, but  I think this 
will work (I *highly* recommend you test it first):

1. Stop Spooler service on both machines 2. Backup \Winnt\System32\Spool 
directory  and all subdirectories on new machine
3. Export HLKM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers on old machine
4. Copy Spool directory tree from old machine to new machine 5. Import the 
registry key you exported in Step 3 to the new machine 6. Start Spoolers
