Minimum is memory +12mb but most of us set it to 2x memory and set the upper 
and lower limits to the same number so it doesn't fragment over time. I usually 
create 2 swap files of 1x memory each on different drives because NT will use 
whichever one is less busy when it needs to dump to disk.
