Ok, now you need to find the machine that's the workgroup browse master, and make sure of 2 things. First that you can ping between it and this windows box, second, that it sees IP broadcasts. I'm not sure how you can make sure of the second thing except to run a sniffer on your network. Also check the browser master and make sure the IP settings (subnet mask, gateway, etc match the information in that IPconfig you posted. Lastly, in this windows box, put an entry for the machine that's browsemaster in both HOSTS and LMHOSTS files. That might force it to find the workgroup via tcp/ip.
