by minimal you mean the 2mb mininum needed on the system partition to log the 
data. I want to write the memory.dmp file to e:\, send an administarive alert, 
and reboot the system. This seems to require a pagefile of at least the size of 
the memory on the system partition to work. Maybe som registry settings?
