Have you checked out the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB327850) to 
see if you can find any clues there?  Like you, I run ZAPro and I have had no 
trouble with the updates feature whatsoever.

I do note that I use ADSL rather than dialup Internet access.  Is your ISP 
doing odd things?
