Tell me.  $59.95 CAN translates into $37 EURO, $40.89 US or 341.43 Swedish 
kronor.  I have been told that one would be hard put to get a broadband 
connection at that price in the Netherlands and it's a competitive price for 
full broadband in the U. S.
