 SH> There have been at least two service packs and a number of separate files

 SH> Express Install, I don't think I'd want to do it with a modem connection.

 There is even an update to Office 2000 (SR 1) that took me 157 min to download
with modem and with SR 1 you have to do it online. Nr 2 and 3 my doughter 
downloaded
on her broadband on CD:s and this updates improved the speed of Word very much.
