wholesale speed limits on the roads until the wreckless few made it bad for the 
careful many.

I only say that I do not blame the software vendors from trying to protect 
themselves from piracy and other infringements to their EULA's. Why do you and 
I lock the doors to our houses and automobiles?

Right Click My Computer, Select Manage, when the MMC comes up, select services, 
select C-Dilla and double click, select stop service, set start up type to 
disable, click apply.. :-)
