I cant really blame any of the software vendors from protecting their licenses, 
any more than a municipal cable TV system going after those that steal cable 
TV.

As for the Tax software, for every 6 copies used last year, only 2 were legit 
purchases, at least from what I heard..

They had to draw the line somewhere and I bet Tax cut and many other vendors go 
the same route.
