I don't recall 100%, because I don't have it working right now, but I think how I had it working the one time it did, was by calling a fossil within the DOS box itself. Not all fossils work under NT, and not all mailers, but I did once have BinkleyTerm answering incoming calls on the NT machine. Even if you can get the connection to work, handing it off to a BBS provides yet another stumbling block. There never was a complete fossil written for NT; Winfossil tried to make one, but it didn't work well, and the others that are out there are geared to using telnet connections, adding fossil support for DOS doors.
