Try clicking on "Start", "Run" and typing in Windisk.exe. That should get you the disk administrator utility. From there, you click on the partition you have the problem with, then click on "Tools", "Properties". That should pop up a box, and there should be a tab labelled "Security". Under that, there should be a button to "View or set permission information on the selected item(s)". Provided you're logged in as Administrator, you should be able to change the permissions for subdirectories and files. PS> This is the rror when I try to del the files.
