We have at least 50 systems running SH>Wiundows 2000 at my employer's workplace and it does not have these problems I believe it probably had a lot to do with some types of network broadcasts and "elections" which take place on the network - - 50 computers wouldn't be that bad, but 3800 ? ? ?
