Bennie,

If you notice in one of my previous posts about the echo
rules, I have updated the rules to provide a broader scope
in this echo.

I really am pleased with the discussions that have began in
this echo.  It's important that we continue with these 
discussions to avoid loosing this echo on the backbone.  I 
am currently working on other echos at this point to increase
their volume to avoid loosing them as well.  

Thanks again to you and everyone who has made this echo a 
lively area again :)
