I went to windowsupdate.microsoft.com, product updates (iIrr), and chose the IE 5.5 SP2 option to d-load. After a few clicks, there was an 'advanced' option which I hit. It gave the option to d-load the package for installation later. Got it for NT4, W2K, ME, and W98. Was almost a 50 meg d-load. :} I did update 98 from it. :} *** Quoting Eugene Tang to Rich Wonneberger dated 01-15-02 *** > Microsoft is such a pain. I-Net access has spoiled me. *** Quoting Eugene Tang to Rich Wonneberger dated 01-15-02 *** > -> MS balks about anything not MS. > > Yes... that isn't very nice. They run BSD on Hotmail don't they?
