But my 1-st partition, where I installed subj is 2 GB :-|
...But I evaded this problem by installing winme first, than I loaded 
installation of Win2k Server in ME, but choose new, scrathc install, and in ME 
environment boot was copied Ok...

Look like Win2k could not install boot_sect properly under DOS...
