As long as the WHOLE drive was moved, no, you don't need to reinstall
anything.  If the OS was moved but not the apps (or vice-versa) a selective
process must be used to determine what references should be changed.  Also, a
few programs still use initialization files (usually but not always *.INI)
that you may need to scan...
