I'd hazard a guess that 90+ percent of the XP users are businesses and those that buy their PCs at the stores, use them just as they came out of the box and add/modify them very little. Only a very small percentage of the computer users (of ALL OS systems) are like us - know the innards of their PCs. That being the case MS will be able to make XP fly!
