How does this help when aDSL telco's are port scanning for open services?
Such as UK's NTL

 RC> B. Open WWW server on alternate PORT... 8080, 8888, 8000, etc etc etc

But they're still scanning for any open port whether that be FTP, Gopher,
Telnet or whatever.  Are IIS clients capable of being setup to
non-standard port designations?
