You register your domain with whomever and point your domains to Zonedit's DNS servers, whereas you use a webbased inteface to tell it where you are and which services pint where. I've also downloaded a utility that I run on my local NT box that checks my IP periodically and updates it remotely with zoneedit (or dyndns or whoever) whenever it changes.
