A fellow at work (who buys right into MS' upgrade-after-upgrade path) recently
put his home computers on XP and was told by the activation folks that
installing one copy on both a desktop and a laptop was ok since it implied
that you'd only be using one at a time.  He got keys for both even though he
only had the one copy...
