But Microsoft makes it clear that if you install Internet Explorer 6.0, you 
will install Outlook Express 6.0 with it.  One has no choice.

Understood but how did you do it.  The Knowledge Base indicated me how to do it 
for Win 98 and Win ME but not for Windows 2000.
