I had an 18-CD Changer here. Rather than bother with the thing when it started to fail, I simply spent another $50 for a larger hard drive and copied them all to it. Faster access, no mechanical monkey-motion from the changer swapping disks. All you'd need is another 4.6gb. That's chump change these days. The changer also had a mechanical fault and it took a 1/2" chunk out of the edge of one of my NightOwl disks. It is a Pioneer, and there are no NT drivers for it, at least that I could find. Just copy the CD's to a hard drive and ignore the changer. You'll be happier. -c- --- ViaMAIL!/WC v1.60d * Origin: Chowdanet (401-331-5587) telnet://chowdanet.com (1:323/120) .
