NTLDR errors can sometimes be deceiving, but usually occur because of an error in boot.ini. Since that's the first file the system looks for in the boot process, if boot.ini is not enumerated correctly, the boot sequence will fail displaying that error. As for your 200 Gb HDD, Win2000 will only support a drive that large if: 1. You're running SP3 or higher 2. Your BIOS supports 48bit LBA Of course if your BIOS does not support 48bit LBA, you can always use an add on card such as one from Promise or another. Those cards contain an on board BIOS. BTW, a drive that large has to be formatted using the NTFS file system.
