You can download all released updates to ANY Windows version (Win95 or later) 
from Microsoft's Windows Update site but there are a couple of tricks required:

1) The default does not show 'Windows Update Catalog' in the left-hand pane... 
if that's the case, you need to click on the Options link, and select the 
option (there aren't many options!) to display the Windows Update Catalog

2) Click on that link (once it displays), and you can select from a long list 
of Windows desktop and server versions... then you can download the desired 
updates, one at a time.
