I wish my BIOS had that feature.  I have to press "Delete" first and 
then select from several menus before I can choose boot order.  That's 
the reason I use a boot manager.  But my boot manager doesn't seem to 
have a way (at least I can't figure it out) to select the CD drive for 
boot without going into the BIOS first.
