If you can dual boot Windows with Knoppix, let me know how.  I'm 
currently using BootIt Next Generation as my boot manager to dual boot 
Win2000 and XP Home from two separate hard drives.  I would love to add 
in Knoppix, but I haven't figured out how to do it and be able to run my 
Knoppix distro entirely from the CD.
