Subj : Win2k Min Systems Requirements

Does anyone have a Win2k box handy that wouldn't mind posting the
minimum system requirements?  I have a friend who is thinking of going
to Win2k.  He currently has 98SE, and we've already determined that his
system won't handle XP.  It is a Pentium-MMX 200 MHz with 128k RAM.
 
It being slow is not as much of an issue as whether or not it can
even be installed.
