Jean,

I'm the one that had the problem.
The paper wasent being replaced in the input tray, it was being processed once 
with two (or more) pages of data on the one sheet.

It turned out to be the printer cable.  I got one of those 1284 bi-directional 
cables, deleted the printer, re-installed it & it was OK.
(Wasnt ok with just a cable swap, had to delete it.)
