I run both XP Home and Win2000 Pro in a dual boot setup.  With XP Pro 
selling for around $150 to $175 for an OEM edition and close to $190 for 
a MS distributed upgrade edition, I couldn't see buying it while I still 
had W2K.  Even the XP Home MS upgrade edition is around $95.
