Not the service packs for the OS (remember we're talking about NT/W2K and XP) itself. They have never required prior ones to be present since they have always been cumulative. You're thinking of the service packs for MS Office which "do" require prior service packs to be installed before they will even install. And that's only for MS Office. I just downloaded Service Pack 3 for Wordperfect Office 2002 and it included all prior service packs and fixes. cscag@charter.net CMPQwk 1.42 1262 --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5 * Origin: FONiX Info Systems * Berkshire UK * www.fonix.org (2:252/171) .
