No because now he use VirtualPascal 2.x  (freeware)

For me, the best solution is to use Poll Over Ip for points & sysop.
You can use Argus (Freeware), Beemail (donationware), Radius, BinkD, ...

The source is public , so some developpers can add/modify some options.
I receive the source from Ramon and i try to add some options in the mailing 
list option. ( a moderator can validate a new internet user)
