Sez signal handler?

Which saves current errno on signal handler entry, and restores it just
before exit. That way, interrupted whatever will have same errno value,
like "nothing happened". If another signal handler happens while first
is serviced, it's up to it to do same. This way, if every handler saves
and restores errno, it is not noticeable (is it?).
