I don't see any deadlock.  I don't know what the threads in sysinfo
are doing but they don't seem to be interacting with any other
threads.   There's only one thread running doing a tree
rebalence and it's not blocked.  Could be an endless loop
caused by a non thread-safe operation clobbering the data structure.
