Are you seeing this at COMPILE time, LINK time, or RUN time? And what is 
the COMPLETE message, with the actual command you used to get it?

And what do you mean by "stand-alone program"? Do you mean 
"non-threaded"? Or do you mean to contrast a simple program that does 
nothing else ("stand alone") against a similar algorithm included as 
part of a larger application?
