Damned if I can think of anything that isn't major like a database
or something.  I also thought of writing a thread profiling tool,
there don't appear to be any out there, but that seems like a lot
of work.  The system interfaces don't give much useful information
here and of course they're all different for each platform.

I can think of lot's of non threaded programs to write.
